HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is giving 100% of your effort into quick, interval periods, alternating between hard and moderate exercise, burning more calories than traditional cardio. HIIT classes are held by Remi on the 15/05 and 12/06
Circuit Training: Circuit training is moderate to high intensity activities performed for a timed duration. Benefits include developing lean muscle tissue and burning excess body fat. Circuit classes are held by James on the 22/05 and 19/06
