Activities will be suitable for all fitness levels. No bookings required, just come up to Snap Fitness, Strathpine for some free fitness to start your day! Make sure you dress for exercise and don't forget your waterbottle and a towel.
Classes will be circuit training - moderate to high intensity activities performed for a timed duration. Benefits include developing lean muscle tissue and burning excess body fat.
