7th March with Jodie - Body Tone: Body tone are body weighted exercises to suit all ages and all fitness levels
14th March with Eli - Pilates: Pilates is a way to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily your core muscles
21st March with Remi - H.I.I.T: High Intensity Interval Training is giving 100% of your effort into quick, interval periods, alternating between hard and moderate exercise, burning more calories than traditional cardio
28th March with James - Circuit: Circuit training is moderate to high intensity activities performed for a timed duration. Benefits include developing lean muscle tissue and burning excess body fat.
