We're Open and Here for You.

Following the State Government’s announcement on Thursday 21 January, we want to provide comfort to you, our local community, that all our stores are open and trading, continuing to provide you and your family with all of your needs and services. Our centre and retailer trading hours are the same as always.

Face Masks

From 1am AEST on Friday 22 January, you are no longer required to wear a face mask while shopping. You are strongly encouraged to continue to carry a face mask with you at all times, to provide added protection if you are in a situation where you cannot maintain social distancing. When attending a big event, in a shopping centre or traveling on public transport, we strongly encourage you to wear a mask – especially when entering, exiting or moving through areas where lots of people are gathered.

What’s Open

All stores and premises are open. Social distancing measures must still be abided by; 1.5m distance between people and the number of people permitted inside each store is capped as per Government directives. When visiting, please ensure you sanitise your hands prior to entry to the centre and stores. 

Food Court, Cafes and Eateries  

All restaurants, cafes and eateries are open for seated eating and drinking. No standing is allowed. Indoor seating, including our Food Court, is restricted to one person per 2 square metres. 

Cinema

BCC has resumed at 100% capacity.  All seating is allocated and ticketed.

Your Safety

The safety and wellbeing of our community, customers, retailers and employees remains as the upmost importance to us. We have implemented our COVID Safe Plan for the health and safety of everyone who visits, including:

- Hand sanitiser throughout the centre 

- Increased cleaning and sanitisation of high touch points throughout the centre

- Signage encouraging personal hygiene and social distancing in-centre 

- Limits on the number of customers in stores and seating areas 

To reduce your risk of catching or spreading illness, we advise that you stay home if you feel sick.
