The material contained within this document is intended as a guide only. No liability or otherwise is assumed for the material contained herein either by Retail First, its principal, or its servants and agents. No material herein shall form the basis or be part of any agreement and no warranty is given or implied as to the accuracy of any part of the material. All dates and events are correct at the time of printing.

Competition Terms and Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
  1. To enter a competition you must be: (a) a Queensland Resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. If you are not 18, the prize will be awarded to your parent or guardian.
  2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Retail First or any tenants or contractors of Retail First.
  3. No purchase necessary.
  4. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
  5. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Strathpine reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
  6. If you win a competition, we will notify you by phoning you directly or contacting you on social media within 48 working hours of the closing date. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. All Winners will be announced on the competition post within 48 working hours of the draw.
  8. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Strathpine may require.
  9. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
  10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
  11. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  12. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
  13. Strathpine reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Strathpine may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this, we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
  14. All Facebook competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
  15. All prizes must be collected from Centre Management (Strathpine, 295 Gympie Road, Strathpine, QLD, 4500) within three (3) months of the winner being announced. Photo ID is required to collect the prize. If the winner does not collect the prize within this time a redraw will occur.
  16. The promoter is YFG Shopping Centres Pty Ltd ACN 056 974 844 of c/- Retail First Pty Ltd, Strathpine, 295 Gympie Road, Strathpine, QLD, 4500 (“the promoter”).
